First finance hire. Led Series B financial workstream. Built FP&A function, SaaS metrics framework, board reporting, AOP, runway management, and GTM compensation.
Founding FP&A hire reporting to CFO. Led financial diligence for two eight-figure acquisitions. Implemented Jedox with NetSuite/Salesforce/Power BI integration. Recruited and led the FP&A team.
Built revenue forecasting for the AppCloud product line. Established weekly sales forecasting with regional managers. Workforce planning on Adaptive Insights. Sales compensation design.

Lead analyst for the revenue forecast. Built Slack’s customer cohort model. Project-managed Host Analytics implementation for planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
